Atractylodes lancea is one of the first batch of 19 key varieties selected. From July 25 to 27, 2024, the 2024 work promotion meeting of the national traditional Chinese medicine industry system Atractylodes lancea and the observation meeting of Atractylodes lancea ecological planting technology were held in Chengde, Hebei province. The meeting was sponsored by the joint research group of single variety of Atractylodes lancea of national traditional Chinese medicine industry technology system, and jointly organized by the traditional Chinese medicine resource center of China Academy of traditional Chinese medicine, Chengde comprehensive experimental station of national traditional Chinese medicine industry technology system, Chengde green ecological planting technology service center of traditional Chinese medicine and Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Longhua County.

Relevant post experts and test station masters respectively introduced the scientific research progress in Atractylodes lancea germplasm resources, cultivation technology, mechanized application, prevention and control of diseases, pests and weets, production area processing, quality control and comprehensive utilization, industrial economy, etc., centering on the development of Atractylodes lancestris, the national and provincial industrial innovation teams conducted in-depth docking exchanges.
